NO REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY
All sales made through NCLEX High Yield, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are final. Because our products and services include immediate access to digital content, downloadable materials, and live educational sessions, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or credits once access is granted or a course has begun.

or through any affiliated portal (e.g., Teachable), you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy in full.
2. COURSES AND PROGRAMS
- Live Courses: Once the live course begins or the introductory email and portal access are sent, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion.
- Self-Paced / On-Demand Access: Because this product delivers instant access to our video library and downloadable materials, it is non-refundable upon purchase.
- Access Until You Pass / Extensions: Re-enrollments and extension fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Digital Materials & Practice Questions: Digital downloads, notes, Quick Tips, or other content are non-refundable immediately upon delivery.
3. TUTORING SESSIONS
Private tutoring packages are non-refundable after the first scheduled session.
Withdrawals made at least seven (7) days before the first scheduled session will be refunded minus a $49 scheduling fee. No refunds are issued for missed or late sessions.
4. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds are issued only if NCLEX High Yield cancels a course in its entirety and cannot reschedule you into a comparable cohort.
We do not provide refunds due to:
- Change of personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or decision not to test;
- Failure to use or complete the course;
- Dissatisfaction with instructor style, content difficulty, or pacing; or
- Technological limitations on your device or internet connection.
5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By enrolling, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us at [email protected]
to attempt a good-faith resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account suspension, removal of access, and legal or collections action.
6. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By enrolling in any NCLEX High Yield course, program, or tutoring session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
